Fried chicken drumsticks with a fine outer crust tossed in a sweet fish sauce glaze. For those who are terrified of the smell of death coming from a bottle of fish sauce, this is the perfect recipe to overcome that fear. This dish is served with rice noodles mixed with cucumbers and carrots dressed in vinegar and sugar and topped with peanuts.

Ingredients: Boneless Chicken thighs, rice flour, cucumber, garlic, ginger, tamari, fish sauce, rice wine vinegar, cane sugar, brown sugar, black pepper, salt, canola oil, sambal olek, lime. I Noodles: vermicelli rice noodles, carrots, cilantro, rice vinegar, apple cider vinegar, cane sugar, canola oil, sesame oil. I Sauce:  Tamari, Canola oil, shallots, light brown sugar, chili garlic sauce, lime juice, fish sauce.
