Chapli Kebabs are made of ground beef and hail from the Khyber Pashtun region of Pakistan. Chapli Kebabs are like flat burger patties that are mildly spicy for kids - “Good spicy,” according to our six-year-old Kabir, who loves eating them with yogurt. Chicken seekh kebabs are more street food in Pakistan. They are similar in taste and traditionally come on skewers. We will serve the Seekh Kebabs without skewers.
This dish will be served with one Beef Chapli Kebab, two Chicken Seekh Kebabs, Naan bread, yogurt raita, and the tastiest eggplant dish -Borani Banjan, which is served with a tomato and yogurt sauce.
Note: The Seekh Kebabs and the Borani Banjan (Eggplant) are not shown in the picture
