Paella is a rustic comfort dish of rice and a mix mussels, clams, shrimp, chicken, and short grain rice flavored with olive oil, saffron, and garlic. This dish smells like the ocean given the mix of seafood. Paella is orginally from Valencia which is on the Eastern Meditteranean coast of Spain. There are five kinds of Paella, and we are making Paella Mixta from Valencia.
