A Tagine is a two-part clay cooking vessel typical throughout North Africa. Tagines are so beautiful that they are used as home decorations. This sweet and aromatic stew is flavored with a spice blend called Ras-el-hanout and is slow-cooked with a combination of dried apricots, saffron, cinnamon, ginger, and pepper. This gorgeous dish will be served with couscous and two delicious sides - preserved lemon cauliflowers and a beet coriander salad. This dish has a sweet and savory taste and perfumes the house when you heat it up.
