
This week Chef Edwin brings his own creation of mixing Jamaican spices, onion, ginger, panko*(g-f option with cornflour), Asian five spices, chile arbol, into dark meat ground chicken. The meatballs will be cooked in a sauce of coconut milk, coconut, and almond milk. This will come paired with a cucumber, cilantro, cashew, sesame seed salad, and steamed rice*(quinoa optional).
Vegan option available with tofu and sweet potato patties.
