Lubia polo (also spelled as Loobia polo) is a mixed rice recipe layered with *green beans, spiced ground beef, tomatoes, herbs, and lemon. Like most Iranian food it is perfumed with cinnamon, cardamom, cumin, and saffron. Nasim (the chef!) has often made a big pot to share and let's just say no one complains about eating this cold from the fridge during the week.
Vegetarian option available with sweet potatoes and paneer patties and saffron potatoes.
