Katsu curry is the epitome of comfort food in Japan. This dish epitomizes vegetables and fried chicken. Katsu curry is the marriage of comforting panko-fried chicken breast over a bed of rice and a medley of mushrooms, kabocha squash, carrots, celery, garlic, and ginger flavored in our own roux of curry powder, garam masala, butter, and flour. This comes with a side of rice, and pickled cucumbers.
