The Aussie meat pie is made of chunky beef that is stewed for hours in onions, celery, carrots, and a whole lot of Guinness beer. Aussie meat pies' uniqueness is the gravy filling inside rather than spread out on the top. The flaky, buttery pie crust containing all the ingredients inside is eaten with a little dollop of ketchup. This meal will be served with mashed potatoes, sauteed peas, carrots, and ketchup.
