Sega wat is a spicy beef stew cooked in the holy trinity of onion, ginger, garlic, and flavored with Berbere spice, Niter Kibbeh, beef broth, and boiled *eggs(optional for those allergic to eggs). Niter Kibbeh is an aromatic Ethiopian ghee*. Please see the ingredient list below.

**Kik Alicha is yellow split peas cooked with onions, ginger, garlic, jalapeño, turmeric, and Niter Kibbeh Niter Kibbeh is optional if you have a dairy allergy.

Gomen Wat (Colard greens and Swiss Chard sauteed in onion, ginger, garlic, and cumin).

Vegetarian option available with paneer. 

**Allergens and Ingredients: Dairy in Niter Kibbeh, Boiled eggs in, stew, Legumes in Kik Alichi. All of these are optional and can be removed. Please leave a note for allergies.
