This is a traditional Brazilian meat pie made with chicken, pork, and Portuguese pork sausage (Linguica), peas, potatoes, carrots, the heart of palm, and olives. The crust is made of corn and wheat flour giving it a thinner doughy structure. This meal is not gluten-free or dairy-free. Yummmmmm! It's fall and all I want is a savory pie followed by apple pie :).
