Chef Janices' comfort food is a reflection of her memory of her grandmother's food. Janice spent many hours with her Irish grandmother and this was her favorite fall food memory. As a kid Janice would walk into her granma's house which was filled with the smell of pot roast and her favorite memory is the anticipation of sitting at the table. Pot roast is a comfortable mix of beef, potatoes, carrots, celery, sage, rosemary, oregano, onions, and grandma seasoning.
