San Vincent is a small town in El Salvador and this is what Chef Edwin would make if his best friend came home for dinner. This is a homey dish of chicken that is seasoned with smoked paprika, cumin, garlic, black pepper, and special El Salvadorian seasoning. The dish is accompanied by Kale and plantains sauteed in olive oil, garlic, onions, as well as creamy rice flavored with Poblano peppers, turmeric, onions, bay leaf, cumin, cilantro, heavy cream, onions, and smoked paprika.

 

The vegetarian option comes with Eggplant and chickpeas.
