Souvlaki is a fantastic Greek roll-up sandwich that is typical street food in Greece. The word souvlaki comes from the Greek word souvla, meaning "skewer." It's made up of succulent char-grilled skewers of fish or meats (Chicken, lamb, or pork) and is served with a garlicky yogurt tzatziki sauce, pitas, and a tomato and onion garnish. We will serve chicken souvlakis loaded with flavor, with a side of tzatziki, lemon wedge potatoes ( not shown in the picture), tomato and onion garnish, and pita.
The chicken will be cooked on skewers, but we will not serve it with skewers, as shown in the picture.
